Customer Service Executive - Sales Office

Role Summary

We are a growing bakery chain with a vision to be a leading player in the food sector in Sri Lanka. We have a vacancy in our catering division which delivers food platters on orders to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and help customers with inquiries and orders.
  • Serve visiting customers with their food requirements.
  • Take orders from our online platform and from WhatsApp and place the orders with production.
  • Respond to inquires received on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
  • Place orders with production as per the company guidelines.
  • Be able to work on a roster which will include some weekends and holidays.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Must be under 35 years of age.
  • Sound secondary education.
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with customers and team members.
  • Good spoken and written skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage).
  • Ability to use computers, phone applications, and familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
