Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end tender process, from reviewing enquiries to final bid submission, ensuring seamless coordination and timely order processing.
• Coordinate commercial tender submissions and follow up on payment collections.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate meetings and communications throughout the tender process.
• Review and administer contractual terms and conditions in accordance with company requirements.
• Maintain accurate tender documentation and obtain customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Support Sales Administration activities, including deposit processing, order coordination, shipment follow-up, and delivery scheduling.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination, tender management, or customer relationship management will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
