Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve assigned business targets.
• Promote agricultural products through field demonstrations and promotional activities.
• Provide product knowledge and technical advice to farmers.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Collect market information and customer feedback to contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Agriculture or a related field.
• Experience in agricultural sales or field extension work is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Passionate about sales and customer relations, with the ability to work confidently.
• Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
• Possession of a valid motorcycle riding license is an added advantage.
