Role Summary

The Ceylon Tapes (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic, responsible, and target-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Representative.

Promote and sell the company's products to existing and potential customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Visit customers regularly and identify new sales opportunities.
Obtain customer orders and coordinate with relevant departments for order processing and delivery.
Follow up on outstanding payments and carry out cheque collections from customers when required.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of customers visits, orders, collections, and sales activities.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
Monitor customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
Support the Sales Team in achieving overall business objectives.
Perform other sales-related duties assigned by Management.

G.C.E. (O/L) qualification is required.
G.C.E. (A/L) qualification will be an added advantage.
Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, or a similar role will be an advantage.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
Good numerical and basic computer skills.
Valid driving licence is required.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and sales-related activities.
