Sales Representative for Services
Role Summary
AG Melco Elevator Company Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Elevators & Escalators, is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and self-motivated Service Sales Executive to join our team in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell elevator and escalator maintenance contracts, repair services, modernization solutions, and spare parts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct customer visits, site inspections, and presentations to recommend suitable service solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure customer orders.
- Follow up on quotations and ensure timely conversion of sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful execution of customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Service Sales business.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management.
Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level with a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (02) years' experience in service sales, technical sales, industrial sales, or business development.
- Experience in the elevator, engineering, construction, or MEP industry is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid riding/driving licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the island.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
