SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our client company a growing investment and financial services organization, based in Colombo

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Promote the company’s investment and financial products/services.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and industry developments.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Candidate Profile

  • Male candidates below 45 years of age.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, relationship management, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial services, investments, banking, insurance, or a similar industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and confident in dealing with clients.
  • Ability to develop new business and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Good command of English and Sinhala; Tamil would be an added advantage.
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings will be advantageous.
