Engineering Assistant - Sales Support

Role Summary

The Engineering Assistant – Sales Support acts as the interface between Sales, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Quality Assurance. The role strengthens the technical capability of the Sales Support team by ensuring technically accurate product configurations, efficient order fulfilment, management of OEM and custom projects, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications

Technical

• Ability to work in a computerized environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Power BI
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems is preferred

Personal

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer, Mechatronics, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent Engineering discipline
• Passed advanced level examination in Maths/Science streams
• Ability to work in USA, Australia, or German time zones when required
