SAP Implementation Manager/Assistant Manager-Colombo

Key Responsibilities

• Project Governance: Defines project scope, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management using methodologies like SAP Activate.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Acts as the bridge between the C-suite, internal department leads (Finance, Supply Chain, HR), and external SAP consultants.
• Change Management: Drives organizational readiness by managing user training, communication, and process transitions.
• Risk & Issue Resolution: Identifies technical constraints, data migration issues, or timeline bottlenecks and resolves them.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Experience: Typically requires 5 to 8+ years of dedicated ERP system project management, with a sharp focus on handling major SAP lifecycles. Experiences in FMCG/Manufacturing Company will be a definite advantage.
• Key Skills: Proficiency in system migration, agile framework execution (Scrum/Sprint planning), business workflow optimization, and multi-module cross-functional alignment (e.g., FICO, MM, SD).
• Education & Certifications: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Business Administration. Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or official SAP project delivery standards are highly coveted.
