What You'll Do

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee all operational and administrative functions of the Digital & Distance Learning (DDL) Unit and school programmes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with school authorities, teachers, parents and other stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
• Implement marketing and outreach campaigns to grow school participation, build brand awareness and attract new partnerships.
• Lead and manage a team of program coordinators, centre coordinators and curriculum developers to ensure high-quality programme delivery.
• Drive curriculum development initiatives, including new content creation, revisions, proofing and publication of student guidebooks and other learning materials.
• Plan and execute seminars, webinars and teacher-networking activities to strengthen ICT A/L, O/L, GIT programmes and enhance teachers' IT skills.
• Optimize resources and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining profitability and growth of the business unit.
• Represent the programme externally, demonstrating strong PR skills and visiting schools regularly to reinforce relationships.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and initiatives as assigned by management to drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing an educational center or unit.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of teachers and coordinators, while collaborating with external authorities such as school principals and educators.
• Proficiency in computer skills – digitally savvy.
