FOOD SCIENTIST

We are vertically integrated tea company based in USA with subsidiary companies in Sri Lanka that are engaged in tea manufacturing, packaging and exporting value-added tea products to buyers around the globe. We are looking for a young passionate individual to fill the following position at out extraction plant which located at wattala

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and improve food products and manufacturing processes.
• Monitor product quality and food safety compliance.
• Conduct laboratory testing and analyze product performance.
• Ensure compliance with local and international food safety standards.
• Support product innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in similar capacity in food manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, and food safety regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
