Role Summary

Assist in the end-to-end software development lifecycle across in-house digital platforms, including system integrations, API coordination, technical documentation, and prototyping of AI and automation solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum concepts, and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and technical documentation; exposure to insurance or enterprise systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with an interest in emerging technologies such as AI and automation.
