Candidate Profile
- Age between 40 to 55 Years
- Fluent in English – both written and spoken
- Computer literate
- Mandatory: Prior service in the Armed Forces or Police with a minimum rank of Major or equivalent
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Sector Manager in a reputed security company
- Own motor vehicle required
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Capable of managing and overseeing regional security operations
- Candidate resident area should be - Colombo District
