Role Summary

Aitken Spence Logistics is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated individual to join our team.

Requirements/Qualifications

• GCE A/L qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar field.
• Preference given to retired Armed Service Officers from the Tri-Forces or retired Police Officers from the Sri Lanka Police department.
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment for extended hours as needed.
• Candidates with AI and digital capabilities will have a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigating incidents/accidents as needed.
• Addressing complaints/information related to discipline.
• Collecting intelligence on irregularities, thefts, frauds, sabotage, and misuse of Company assets.
• Ensuring the smooth security operation in the premises, including access control.
• Disseminating vital information to Management in a timely manner.
