LINDEL is a Joint Venture company between the Government of Sri Lanka and DFCC Bank. LINDEL Operate and manage its own Industrial Estate successfully for past 34 years. With an anticipated expansion of the Company, we are in pursuit of dynamic and energetic individual to fill the following vacancy at the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee the security of the LINDEL premises on a 24-hour basis.
• Ensure that only authorized personnel and vehicles are permitted to enter the LINDEL premises.
• Monitor the CCTV surveillance system and coordinate necessary maintenance.
• Take appropriate measures to enhance the overall security of the LINDEL premises.
• Safeguard the Company's assets and property.
• Attend to security-related matters and support the administrative functions of the site.
• Perform any other duties related to site and office administration as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Willingness to work on shift basis, including weekends and public holidays as required.
• Possess a valid driving licence and/or riding licence.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
• Retired security personnel with relevant security, military, police, or similar experience will have an added advantage.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and responsible with a strong sense of discipline.
• Candidates residing in close proximity to LINDEL, Sapugaskanda, will have an added advantage.
