Recruitment & Training Officer – Security Operations

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented professional to lead and take ownership of the recruitment, training and deployment of security personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for security personnel.
• Develop and execute field-based recruitment campaigns to achieve manpower targets.
• Source candidates through referrals, recruitment drives, industry contacts and other effective channels.
• Interview, screen and select suitable security personnel.
• Conduct induction and basic security training for new recruits.
• Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure the timely deployment of trained personnel.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline to meet ongoing and upcoming manpower requirements.
• Follow up with newly deployed personnel to minimize no-shows and early resignations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment, training and deployment records and provide regular progress updates.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• Proven practical experience in recruiting security personnel for a security services company is essential.
• Previous experience as a Visiting Officer (VO) or in a similar field-based role within a security services company, with practical exposure to recruiting and deploying security personnel, will be a strong advantage.
• A strong recruitment network within the security sector will be highly valued.
• Ability to independently manage recruitment targets and perform effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to conduct field recruitment, travel and work flexible hours when required.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination and basic computer skills.
• Academic qualifications will be considered; however, greater importance will be given to practical experience and proven recruitment results.
