Security Personnel

Role Summary

Dynasty Residence is seeking energetic, well-presented, and dedicated Security Officers to join our high-end residential team. Candidates should be willing to work 12-hour shifts and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, security, and exceptional customer service.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Male candidates aged below 50 years.
• Officially retired personnel from the Sri Lanka Army, Sri Lanka Navy, or Sri Lanka Air Force.
• Good physical fitness, discipline, and a professional appearance.
• Basic English knowledge; good spoken English is an added advantage.
• Willing and able to work 12-hour shifts on a roster basis (22 days per month).
• Previous experience in a condominium, luxury residential property, hotel, or hospitality environment is a distinct advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to safety.
• Preference given to candidates residing in or around Kandy.

• Strong observation and surveillance skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Customer-focused with a courteous and professional attitude.
• Ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Knowledge of security procedures, access control, and incident reporting.
• Physically fit and capable of standing or patrolling for extended periods.
• Honest, trustworthy, and highly disciplined.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary/Benefits

Salary: Starting from LKR 50,000/- per month (eligible for EPF & ETF).
