Duties and responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day security operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and well-protected environment for residents, visitors, and property
• Supervise and lead the security team, including duty rosters, daily briefings, performance, and discipline
• Monitor access control, CCTV surveillance, visitor management, and overall perimeter security
• Take charge of security emergencies including fire, medical emergencies, security breaches, and other incidents
• Maintain close coordination with the Building Management, Condominium Management Corporation, Police, Fire Brigade, and other relevant authorities
• Ensure compliance with established security, fire, and safety procedures and support the effective conduct of emergency drills
• Maintain accurate security records, incident reports, visitor logs, and other relevant documentation
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, vigilance, confidentiality, and courteous service, ensuring security procedures complement the premium residential experience

Experience and qualifications

• Ex-Serviceman from the Sri Lanka Army, Navy, or Air Force at Warrant Officer / Senior Non-Commissioned Officer level, or equivalent experience in the Sri Lanka Police
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury residential, hospitality, or property environment
• Excellent command of Sinhala and English; knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and incident-management skills
• Professional, vigilant, discreet, and service-oriented approach suitable for a luxury residential environment
