We are seeking disciplined, responsible, and highly motivated individuals to join Litro as Plant Security Supervisor/s to oversee the day to day security operations of our Cylinder Filling Plants in Kerawalapitiya & Mambima under the direction of the Security Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the day to day security operations of the assigned Cylinder Filling Plant.
• Oversee and manage the third party security service provider and ensure that deployed security personnel perform their duties in accordance with company policies, security procedures, and contractual requirements.
• Monitor the attendance, deployment, discipline, appearance, and performance of outsourced security personnel and report any deficiencies to the Security Manager.
• Ensure effective implementation of company security policies, procedures, and instructions by the Security Manager.
• Ensure adequate security coverage and supervision across all shifts to support plant operations.
• Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, contractors, visitors, vehicles, cylinders, and company assets.
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections to safeguard plant premises, buildings, equipment, and company assets.
• Maintain visitor registers, vehicle movement records, gate passes, and other security documentation.
• Report security incidents breaches of security, and safety concerns promptly and assist in investigations where required.
• Coordinate with Plant Operations, HSE, and other departments to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
• Assist in emergency response activities, fire drills, and incident management in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform duties on a rotating shift basis, including night shifts, weekends & holidays, to support plant operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Security Manager or Management.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in industrial, military, or corporate security management, preferably within the petroleum, energy, or manufacturing sectors.
• Good knowledge of security procedures, access control, emergency response, incident reporting, and contractor supervision.
• A retired personnel from the Armed Forces/Police or similar background will be an added advantage.
• The selected candidate/s must not have been found guilty for any criminal offence in our country of Sri Lanka, nor removed from the Armed Forces/Police due to disciplinary reasons.
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and email) will be an added advantage.
• High level of integrity, discipline, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Age below 45 years.
