Role Summary

Horizon Campus is a reputed Higher Education provider recognized as a Degree Awarding non-state Higher Education Institute by the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education in Sri Lanka. We are seeking a talented and hardworking individual for the position of Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Information Technology.

Requirements/Qualifications

• A Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or Software Engineering OR PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• 05+ years of teaching experience at university level.
• 2–3 years of industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Research publications will be considered an additional qualification.
• Should be able to work both on weekdays and weekends as per the requirements of the faculty.
• A strong research background and a proven record in the academic field through publications, scholarly contributions, or other academic achievements.

Teaching Experience in the Following Subject Areas

• Cyber Security, Network Security, and Incident Management
• Maths and Cryptography
• Ethical Hacking and Intrusion Detection
• Secure Network Services and Administration
• Network Management
