Senior Sales Executive

Location: Narahenpita, Colombo 05

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to drive growth
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a digital or IT-related industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Must be able to handle over the phone sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
