We are a leading construction specialized company in waterproofing, fireproofing, retrofitting and structural repair, serving clients across Sri Lanka and the region. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Accountant to manage our financial operations and provide strategic insights to drive better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage real-time data analysis and provide advisory to management for timely and effective decision-making.
• Handle all taxation and finance related operations, including compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare and oversee Final Accounts and Management Accounts.
• Manage project costing, pricing and profitability analysis.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Work closely with project teams, procurement and management to maintain financial control and cost efficiency.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Ideal Profile

Educational Qualifications

• BSc in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration
• Full or Part professional qualification such as CA Sri Lanka / ACCA / CIMA or CMA is an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in a construction or project-based industry.
• Experience in taxation, project costing, pricing, management accounts and financial reporting.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., MS Excel, ERP systems).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
