Role Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and recommending AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Engage with stakeholders across various industries to identify opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation.
• Design, architect, and support the implementation of AI, Generative AI, conversational AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, solution workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful delivery of AI projects from initiation to production deployment.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and rapidly adopt new tools, frameworks, and platforms to address evolving customer requirements.
• Support installation, configuration, integration, optimization, and troubleshooting activities.
• Contribute to solution documentation, technical proposals, and customer presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in AI solution design and implementation.

Education & Background

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution engineering, AI/ML software engineering, or related fields.
• Experience to multiple business domains and industries is highly desirable.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud, or similar environments.
• Exposure to IBM Watson platforms and related AI technologies will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Experience with Python and modern AI development frameworks.
• Familiarity with API integration, microservices, and enterprise application architectures.
• Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Linux environments (Ubuntu, RHEL, etc.) and software deployment practices.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control systems, and monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-design capabilities.
