Key Responsibilities
- Support CargoWise implementation across global locations
- Coordinate with internal teams & implementation partners
- Assist with testing, UAT, Go-Live & system readiness
- Conduct user training & provide post-Go-Live support
- Prepare SOPs, training materials & documentation
- Support finance workflows & drive CargoWise adoption
Requirements/Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- Coordinate with teams & stakeholders
- 5+ years' hands-on CargoWise experience
- Experience in CargoWise implementation, UAT & Go-Live
- Strong knowledge of freight operations
- Excellent communication skills & willingness to travel
- CargoWise Finance/Reporting experience is an advantage
