Senior and Demi Chef de Partie

Role Summary

Amanwella Resort is seeking a Senior Chef De Partie and a Demi Chef to join our team in Tangalle.

Requirements/Qualifications

• At least 4 - 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or fine dining environment.
• Proven expertise in hot kitchen preparation and cooking techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and mentoring kitchen teams.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent mise en place and efficient kitchen operations.
• Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality dishes during busy service periods.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
