Senior Architect / Junior Architect
The Creative Space Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, a leading House & Building construction company in Sri Lanka, is looking for the suitable candidate for the above mentioned vacant position based in the office in Imbulgoda, Kadawatha.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage architectural design projects including houses, buildings, and commercial developments.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, engineers, and site teams.
- Prepare concept designs, 3D visuals, and detailed working drawings.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 01 year experience in residential and commercial building design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and DP software.
- Excellent creativity, leadership, and communication skills.
