Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual GWP targets through new business, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales reports, documentation, and collections.
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Junior Executive: Around 2 years of experience, with around 1 year specifically in a similar sales role within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Senior Executive: Around 5 years of experience, with around 2 years specifically in a similar sales role within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Experience in General Insurance sales is a definite advantage.
• Industry-recognized qualification in Sales & Marketing or Insurance is a definite advantage.
• Effective communication skills, team player with good interpersonal and interaction skills.
• Result-oriented and committed to achieving allocated sales targets on time.
