Role Summary

Property Development Limited is seeking motivated individuals to join our team in various technical roles. We are looking for candidates to fill positions for Senior Technicians and Junior Technicians to support our ongoing projects.

Senior Technician - Plumbing | Electrical | Air Conditioning

• Requirements: Must possess a relevant vocational training certificate and be able to provide a CV.
• Qualifications: Must have completed an NVQ Level 4 course in the relevant field (Plumbing, Electrical, or Air Conditioning).
• Experience: Must have at least 08 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Age: Must be 50 years of age or below at the time of application.

Junior Technician - Plumbing | Electrical | Masonry | Air Conditioning

• Requirements: Must possess a relevant vocational training certificate and be able to provide a CV.
• Qualifications: Must have completed an NVQ Level 3 course in the relevant field (Plumbing, Electrical, Masonry, or Air Conditioning).
• Experience: Must have at least 06 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Age: Must be 40 years of age or below at the time of application.
