Role Summary

Property Development Limited is seeking qualified technicians to maintain high standards in building operations, including civil construction, electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems for a 600,000 sq. ft. facility.

Requirements/Qualifications

Senior Technician - Plumbing / Electrical / Air Conditioning

• G.C.E. O/L qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in a relevant institution in Plumbing/Electrical/Air Conditioning (NVQ Level 4).
• Minimum 8 years of overall work experience.
• Age below 50 years.

Junior Technician - Plumbing / Carpentry / Masonry / Air Conditioning / Electrical

• G.C.E. O/L qualification.
• Minimum 6 months of full-time experience in a relevant institution in Plumbing/Carpentry/Masonry/Air Conditioning/Electrical (NVQ Level 3).
• Minimum 2 years of overall work experience.
• Age below 40 years.
