Automation Senior Engineer - Michelin

Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated person with the potential to develop technical and behavioral competencies while adhering to Michelin values to join a growing multinational company.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Automation/Electrical engineering, preferably as a project leader or support.
• Proficiency in PLC programming standards and software (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley and Siemens experience is an advantage).
• Expertise in HMI configuration, programming, and communication (particularly with Rockwell).
• Experience with Variable Frequency drives and Motion Control technologies (Rockwell, Siemens, and Control Techniques).
• Skilled in robotics maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and standards.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Teams).
