Requirements

• Possess part / full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank.
• Possess approximately 06-08 years of relevant experience in branch banking, with mandatory exposure to credit.
• Possess sound knowledge of financial statement analysis.
• Be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.
• Possess excellent negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Providing personalized financial advice and recommending suitable banking products and services.
• Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through prompt service and effective solutions.
• Monitoring portfolio performance, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with internal teams to streamline operations and resolve client issues.
• Participating in business development activities and staying updated on market trends.
