Requirements

• Possess 2 - 4 years of experience in the field of Commercial Banking including experience in branch operations; credit knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Have a fair knowledge on the products and services offered by the Bank.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have a flair for excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle credit activities at the branch.
• Assist with operational activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Comply with the policies and guidelines set by the Bank and regulators.
