What you’ll be doing?

• Lead daily keg filling, washing, inspection, and packaging operations.
• Support the commissioning and start-up of the new keg plant.
• Monitor production, quality, efficiency, and process KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, CIP, hygiene, OHS, and company standards.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with the Engineering team.
• Lead and supervise operations to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Drive continuous improvement, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production records, inventory, and report.
• Lead and control daily brewing department operations to achieve production plans while maintaining product quality and process specifications.
• Monitor key brewing process parameters, identify deviations, perform root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for?

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in beverage, brewing, packaging, FMCG, or a similar manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of production operations, process control, quality systems, and manufacturing KPIs.
• Familiarity with FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and OHS standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience will be an advantage.
• A strong continuous improvement mindset with the ability to learn and adapt.
