Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and User stories
• Collaborate with clients and teams
• Support UAT and solution delivery
• Improve business processes and workflows
• Track project progress and deliverables
• Conduct site visits and online meetings

Requirements/Qualifications

Associate Business Analyst (1-2 Years Experience)

• Degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
• Familiarity with BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and UAT
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile practices
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Jira, or similar tools is an advantage

Senior Business Analyst (4+ Years Experience)

• Degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and business analysis
• Expertise in BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, UAT, and process mapping
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
• Knowledge of SQL and BA tools
• Ability to mentor junior BAs and lead workshops

Preferred locations: Kottawa, Homagama, Pannipitiya, Maharagama, Athurugiriya & nearby areas.
