CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
• Qualification Type 1: Postgraduate Degree
• An academic/ professional qualification in Finance or Business Management
• Qualification Type 2: Professional - Fully Qualified
• Qualification Type 3: Postgraduate Diploma
• Qualification Type 4: Higher/Advance Diploma

WORK DETAILS

• Work with management to establish KPIs and develop the annual Hoshin (A3) plan, creating a strong performance measurement system to track and achieve departmental objectives.
• Track and analyze KPIs weekly, and present departmental objective achievements to the Director during performance reviews.
• Maintain the Director's daily calendar and coordinate business meetings to optimize workflow and ensure efficient scheduling.
• Facilitate and reconcile financial budgets, costing, and profitability reports, analyzing results to ensure accurate information management and achievement of budgeted targets for the Director.
