Uga Resorts is seeking a Head Butler to join our team at Uga Halloowella - Hatton. We are looking for a passionate and experienced hospitality professional to lead the butler service team, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the butler service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Champion the Uga service strategy.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Manage guest requests, room preparations, dining arrangements, housekeeping coordination, and other personalized services.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in butler service or a similar guest-facing role, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, private villa, or high-end hospitality environment.
• Operational Excellence: Hands-on experience in coordinating guest requests, room/room preparations, dining arrangements, housekeeping coordination, and other personalized services.
• Exceptional Guest Service: Strong understanding of personalized service, guest preferences, etiquette, and luxury hospitality standards.
• Attention to Detail & Discretion: Highly organized, attentive to detail, and discreet, with the ability to manage guest requests, personal information, special requests, and VIP arrangements with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and courteous personality and the ability to interact confidently with local and international guests from diverse backgrounds. Command of English is essential; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.
• Professional Qualifications: A Diploma or Professional Qualification in Hotel Management or a related field.
