We are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef (European Cuisine) to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will ring experience in European cooking techniques in delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining kitchen excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie specializing in European cuisine
• Strong knowledge of classical and modern European cooking techniques
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, preparing, and executing European cuisine menus
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily kitchen operations
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and standards at all times
• Assist in inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
• Culinary qualification will be an added advantage
