Role Summary

ELTORO Roofing Products Limited is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as an Engineering Assistant - Civil (ST-1) / Sr Supervisor - Civil (ST-2) on a 2-year contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising civil engineering and construction activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Support maintenance, renovation, and infrastructure development projects.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, drawings, and records.
• Assist in cost estimation, material planning, and resource allocation.
• Represent El Toro at joint site inspections and site meetings.
• Manage QA/QC on civil and MEPF related activities and project authority approvals.

Requirements/Qualifications

• NCT Civil + 5 years of relevant experience.
• Computer literacy in MS Office is a must; ability to work with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and building regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• High level of integrity.
• Age below 30 years.

Location

Applicants should be residing in Chilaw & nearby area or willing to get boarded. The production facility is located in Chilaw.
