Operations Analyst / Senior Operations Analyst - Collections

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out AR follow up efficiently according to daily production targets.
• Generate 35+ AR reports, analyze, and work based on priority levels.
• Download and verify correspondences related to collection functions.
• Ensure proper analysis is conducted before reaching out to insurance representatives to resolve internal gaps.
• Develop AR and Root Cause analysis for management review.
• Ensure 30+ paid rate is achieved as expected.
• Act as the point of contact for assigned clients regarding internal and external queries.
• Review, fix, and respond to QA reports within 24 hours.
• Enforce regulatory standards to ensure compliance with HIPAA and ISO standards.
• Share daily and weekly assigned reports within given timelines.
• Update SOPs in a timely manner.
• Conduct training for newcomers on job-specific functions.

Qualifications/Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of RCM experience, with at least 1 year in Hospital AR / Collections.
• In-depth knowledge of EPIC Software.
• Passion for solving problems.
• Ability to work with MS Office package.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Tenacity.

• Work Days: Monday to Friday
• Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:00 AM (SLST) - Night Shift
• Calendar: US Calendar Applicable
