Best Pacific Textiles Lanka (Pvt) Limited is a joint venture between Brandix Group & Best Pacific International Holdings Ltd. a Hong Kong Listed Company & the leader in Synthetic Fabric and Elastic supplied for branded clothing. We are manufacturing synthetic fabrics and elastics for direct & indirect exports to our end customers in Europe and USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Manager – Elastic Dyeing to manage Elastic Dyeing & Finishing operations and achieve production, quality, safety, and cost targets.
• Plan and monitor daily production schedules according to the PMC dyeing plan.
• Conduct color matching and shade assessment according to approved standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate LD color development, submission, approval, and follow-up with customers.
• Monitor VS color requirements and ensure customer specifications are achieved.
• Work with QA to investigate shade and quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Handle color-related customer complaints and minimize recurring issues.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Planning, Laboratory, and Merchandising teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain records of color standards, approvals, customer comments, and corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve shade accuracy, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, safety requirements, and customer requirements.

Skill Profile

• Degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Chemistry, Coloration Technology, or a related field with 02-05 years' relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of color matching, shade assessment, dyeing & finishing, and Lab Dip processes.
• Experience in elastic dyeing and customer color requirements will be an advantaged.
• Good understanding of dyes, chemicals, quality standards, and process controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and relevant ERP/MIS systems.
