Senior Commis
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to guide and support junior kitchen staff.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Commis II
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Good knowledge of food preparation and basic cooking techniques.
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain food quality.
- Good teamwork and time-management skills.
Commis III
- Freshers or candidates with 6 months-1 year of kitchen experience are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Cashiering experience will be added advantage.
