Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, tenders, and contracts.
• Manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost reports.
• Work closely with project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive value.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Senior Quantity Surveyor: B.Sc (Q.S) with minimum 10 years + experience.
• Quantity Surveyor: NCT with minimum 5 years experience.
