Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and interpret business and operational data.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports for management decision-making.
• Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities through data analysis.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from ERP systems, databases, and other business applications.
• Work closely with Finance, Sales, Production, Poultry Operations, HR, and other departments to understand business requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Use AI tools and technologies to improve data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and business processes.
• Support the implementation of AI-assisted predictive analytics, predictive analytics, and data-driven solutions.
• Provide meaningful insights and analytical recommendations to management.
• Continuously improve business intelligence and data analytics processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems (BIS), Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• G.C.E. Advanced Level - Mathematics stream is preferred, with strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Excel, SQL, databases, data extraction, and visualization.
• A certificate course in AI-driven data analytics and the practical know-how is highly recommended and would offer a competitive advantage.
• Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning concepts, and AI-assisted data analytics, utilizing AI tools for reporting, forecasting, and automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, statistical, and business intelligence skills, with the ability to convert complex data into meaningful insights.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with Finance, Sales, Production, HR, and other business departments.
• Knowledge or experience in the poultry industry will be an added advantage, particularly in poultry production, breeder operations, hatchery, feed production, processing, sales, and cost farming.
