Responsibilities:

• Management Information & Analytics: Extract, analyze and interpret data from multiple systems to deliver accurate management reports, dashboard, and actionable business insights.
• Business Intelligence & Reporting: Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support the management making across the business.
• IFRS 17 & Regulatory Reporting: Support Finance, Actuarial and other stakeholders with data extraction, validation, reconciliation and analytical reporting for IFRS 17, regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Data Quality & Governance: Perform data validation and reconciliation, identify and resolve data quality issues and ensure data integrity in the reporting and enhancement processes.
• Business & Systems Support: Partner with business users to understand analytical requirements, contribute to system and reporting enhancements and support the testing, implementation and documentation of data and reporting solutions.

Qualifications / Pre-requisites / Requirements for the position:

• Degree/Special Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics or equivalent related to the functional area from a University/Institute approved by the UGC.
• Age below 35 years.

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence & Reporting.

Technical Competencies:

• SQL and database querying.
• Microsoft Power BI / Tableau / similar BI tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Data analysis and reporting techniques.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of insurance operations and IFRS 17 will be an added advantage.
