Senior Executive - MIS & Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CRM and Excel-based MIS operations while ensuring accurate data handling, validation, and reconciliation.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, commission calculations, revenue analysis, and business performance reports for management.
• Handle portfolio updates, bulk data uploads, premium outstanding tracking, renewals, and database maintenance.
• Develop reporting templates, support automation initiatives, and improve reporting efficiency using modern tools and AI.
• Coordinate with internal teams and IT to support system enhancements and reporting improvements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in MIS / Data Analytics with strong analytical and data management skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Query with the ability to manage large datasets accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail, reconciliation, validation, multitasking, and deadline management skills.
• Prior experience in insurance operations and exposure to CRM systems, commission structures, underwriting data, and reconciliation processes will be an added advantage (Basic Python knowledge, automation, dashboarding tools).
