A leading multinational company is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join its team as a Senior Executive – Demand & Inventory Planning, driving demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning excellence.

  • Demand & Inventory Excellence: Strengthen forecasting and inventory planning to improve availability and working capital efficiency.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements, digitalization and best practices across the supply chain.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Management.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, or a related Supply Chain function.
  • Strong analytical skills with Advanced Excel and Power BI / visualization experience.
  • Working knowledge of SAP ERP (preferably SAP MM / SD). Planning tools experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Forecasting & Planning: Develop SKU-level forecasts, monitor accuracy & bias, and support monthly demand review and S&OP / IBP.
  • Inventory & Replenishment Planning: Monitor inventory levels, identify risks, prepare replenishment plans and coordinate with suppliers & Logistics.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data, build dashboards and provide actionable insights using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Performance: Collaborate with Sales, Logistics and Finance, manage risks and drive continuous improvement in planning performance.
