Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer

Role Summary

Softvil Technologies is seeking a seasoned Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer to participate in a 6-month remote contract engagement. This position is exclusively open to candidates residing in Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing cloud infrastructure management, developing robust CI/CD pipelines, and providing technical support for containerized application environments.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in AWS and Microsoft Azure platforms.
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools including Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Strong command of CI/CD workflows using Jenkins and GitLab, alongside Git and YAML.
• Experience with Helm and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud security, monitoring, and logging protocols.
• Familiarity with Maven or Gradle is considered a plus.
