Join our dynamic team as an Operations Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing daily inspection performance and shift productivity to meet critical delivery timelines. You will develop and maintain dashboards, KPI trackers, and reports to monitor operational metrics, ensuring machine utilization, quality performance, and delivery targets are consistently met. By analyzing customer complaints, you'll identify root causes and implement robust corrective measures to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you'll ensure hanger standards and specifications are up to date to facilitate seamless bulk dry finishing processes.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Hold a Degree in Textile & Apparel Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
