Senior Electrical Engineer
Role Summary
CEAT Kelani Holdings (PVT) Ltd. is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Executive – Electrical Engineering to join our team and support our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, machinery, and production equipment to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Monitor and maintain plant utilities, including power distribution systems and backup power systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Support automation systems, PLCs, sensors, instrumentation, and robotics used in tyre manufacturing processes.
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives within the manufacturing plant.
Requirements
Education:
- HND/NDT in Electrical Engineering Technology
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity (Preferably in the Manufacturing Industry)
Other Skills:
- PLC and automation knowledge
- Manufacturing process understanding
- Teamwork and problem-solving
- Industrial safety practices
