We are an MNC and a leader in our field of operations. We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated person capable of taking on future leadership responsibilities. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of all plant and machinery, equipment, and the upkeep of all other facilities related to the operation. You would be reporting to the production manager and be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, managing projects, plant improvements, and maintaining a safe and compliant working environment. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset to maximize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.

• Maintenance Management
• Project Management
• Budget and Cost Management
• Performance Management
• Regulatory and QA Conformance
• Ensure Plant Health & Safety Aspects including Food Safety
• Motivation and Morale Boosting

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent qualification aligned with the job role
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience handling similar responsibilities
• Ability to work independently along with Strong coordination, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Team Player with good Leadership and people-handling skills
• Excellent communication skills including good working proficiency of English
• Basic understanding of food safety systems would be an added advantage
• The right candidate should poses a High level of integrity, initiative and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities is vital for this role.
• You should be able to attend urgencies outside of normal hours.
• Candidates residing within the Gampaha/ Kegalle/ Kurunegala districts would have an advantage.
• Remuneration will be in line with experience.
