Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Safety, Health & Environment

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to lead and strengthen our Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) function. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a safe workplace, environmental stewardship and full compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental (SHE) Management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Drive workplace safety initiatives by identifying and mitigating risks, investigating incidents, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable SHE legislation, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and corporate standards through effective monitoring and auditing.
• Oversee environmental and sustainability initiatives, including waste management, pollution prevention, resource conservation, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and deliver SHE training, awareness programs, and employee engagement initiatives to build organizational capability and strengthen SHE performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report SHE performance, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and support business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in SHEQ roles within a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Certification in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or similar standards is an advantage.
• Experience in working with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
• Strong knowledge of SHE legislation, industry best practices, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
